HPC Systems Engineer

T-Rex is seeking a fully cleared HPC Systems Engineer 3 to work on a program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area in support of the Intelligence Community.

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications; analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities; guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology; incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations; develop technical documentation.
• Develop system architecture and system design documentation; guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and related problems, issues, or conflicts; assume ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

• High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university required plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.
• Ph.D. in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university required plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with FSP security clearance is required.

• Annual base salary range $130,000 - $150,000 (general guideline).
