Overview
Infrastructure Controls Engineer – A robust cybersecurity framework is essential for safeguarding critical systems and enabling government agencies to achieve their missions. This role focuses on developing technical solutions and strategic oversight to protect non‑IT environments, especially industrial control systems (ICS).
Responsibilities- Conduct cybersecurity assessments of on‑site and remote OT environments.
- Design and implement security architectures for DCS, SCADA, and other industrial control systems.
- Monitor threats, detect anomalies, and deploy countermeasures to maintain overall cybersecurity posture.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with signals analysts, modelers, and cyber developers to integrate security solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure (transportation, oil and gas, industry, power controls).
- Deep knowledge of automated control systems – DCS, SCADA, and other industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of system designs, protocols, and physical configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Top Secret clearance required.
- Polygraph clearance (TS/SCI) preferred for SIGINT systems.
Projected salary range: $86,900.00 to $ annualized USD. Total compensation includes health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
