Overview
VTG is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This position will support a mission-focused customer developing, deploying, and maintaining RF processing systems.
Responsibilities- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) systems with understanding of analog to digital dataflow and conversion processes
- Access production NiFi and ensure that inbound data is operational/flowing correctly
- Data management requests (DMRs) and change (DCRs) submissions
- Preliminary system design with capability to explain system design to stakeholders
- Coordinate any data samples needed
- Prior experience with requesting IPs to be added to System Security Plans
- Ensure there are no backlogs/errors of data and assist customers with data formatting issues
- Experience with creating and updating engineering and RF antenna drawings and network diagrams
- Capable of creating dataflow diagrams documenting network connections required for system functionality
- Experience with Confluence/Jira for communication and documentation
- Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) required
- TS/SCI with Poly required
- Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) required
