Leyden Solutions, Inc. is looking for a senior-level Research Analyst Support personnel to support a client program at Fort Meade. Our senior-level analysts are highly motivated individuals whose primary responsibilities are to provide support to the analysts. Our professional candidates are passionate about their responsibilities as senior-level analysts.
This is a full-time on-site position located at Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities- The senior-level research support level analyst shall conduct research and analysis to produce finished intelligence and responses to RFI on force protection and foreign terrorist threats to the US Army and the DoD worldwide.
- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Minimum Requirements
Fort Meade, MD- Education and years of experience:
- High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Training:
Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:- Army - 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
- Army - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor.
- Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.
- Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst. - Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA.
- Required Skills:
- Understanding of Intelligence Cycle
- Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP
- Familiarization with DCGS-A
- Strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
- Ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at leader level communication.
- Familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
