Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.

• Experience researching regulations and policies to address unique situations and make recommendations for resolutions.
• Experience reviewing informal and formal discrimination, harassment and other complaints and conferring with all levels of command and management to resolve complaints.
• Experience analyzing data and information and recommending solutions to problems that adversely affect equal employment opportunities; and providing technical guidance and assistance in the informal complainant process to individuals.
• Experience providing leadership, policy direction, implementation, and evaluation of the EEO program and managing the discrimination complaints process.
• Experience developing, evaluating, and advising on statistical data related to the civilian workforce, individuals from different ages, races, and socio-economic backgrounds.
