-Technologies is seeking a Senior Service Now Software Developer to support one of our customers in Maryland. The candidate will support DCSA Industrial Security technology modernization through delivering data analytic services that will integrate with existing application development to enhance and extract insights from specific commercial and government data in a Service Now environment. The capability delivered by the R
-Technologies team will enable users of the system to upload commercial and government data extracts in the form of xlsx, pdf, or csv documents, parse and ingest that data, and then provide the ability for users to view and/or manipulate data. Some of the responsibilities associated with the position include:
* Serve as the Service Now application developer responsible for implementing solution design using best industry practices

* Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements

* Design and develop solutions within the Service Now environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes

* Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead

* Develop JavaScript server/client code

* Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments

* Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis

* Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers

* Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows

* Develop Service Now solutions and push developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree and 7+ years of work experience, Masters Degree and 5 years of work experience, or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

* 5 years of direct development experience with the Service Now platform that includes scoped application development ITSM, ITOM and ITAM

* 3 years of experience designing and developing Service Now process workflows

* 3 years of experience configuring and customizing all aspect of Service Now - UI Actions, UI Policy, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles / Groups.

* 3 years of experience with importing and exporting data to Service Now using data loads, transform maps and XMLs.

* Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)

* Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)

* Active Top Secret Clearance

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Service Now Data Import

* Agile development

* Java Script

* System integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.)

* HTML for UI Pages, Content Pages

* Security+

* Experience with process flow documentation creation.
