Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to complex business problems. Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of data science projects
* Develop predictive models and algorithms to drive business decisions
* Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
* Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in data science or related field
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
* Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.
* Developing AI/ML tools for operational use
* Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
