The Service Now Technical Business Analyst Lead will serve as the key technical resource leading the strategy and all Business Analyst aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of the Service Now TSOM and OMT implementation. The successful candidate will have fluency in Service Now including SAM processes and module development principles that enables effective communications with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customer that leverages industry processes and best practices.

Senior Level Business Analyst Expertise
Senior level experience with a broad experience with the Service Now platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on Service Now capabilities and industry best practices.
Senior level experience working with Service Now Asset Management modules
Senior level experience gathering requirements and developing business processes.
These skills will help you succeed in this position:
Effective leadership communications and team player (externally /externally)
Experience gathering requirements and buidling user stories for TSOM and OMT Service Now Modules
Experience designing and developing Service Now process flows/workflows
Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings
Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) a plus
Agile development cycle

Experience with process flow documentation creation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Serve as the Service Now Technical Business Analyst is responsible for implementing a Service Now solution design using best industry practices.
Provide Business Analyst leadership
Facilitate effective communications within a complex matrix organization (internal/external teams).
Facilitate requirements gathering that can effectively be translated into customer acceptance documentation.
Design and develop solutions within the Service Now environment that meet the customer requirements.
Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the project team and developers.
Work with advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
Challenge with working on complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions.
Work with highly experienced and technical resources

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
