The Role Peraton is seeking an experienced Alternate Compensatory Control Measures Planner to integrate ACCM functions and tasks into all facets of USCYBERCOM level planning for its Operational Planning, Implementation and Assessment Services Team.
Location:
on-site at Fort Meade, MD as part of USCYBERCOM In this role, you will:
* Provide technical expertise in ACCM core, related capabilities, and sensitive operational support and products during day-to-day, combat operations, contingencies, crisis action, disaster relief, and exercises required in supporting operations.
* Support the Cognizant Authority, for their respective ACCM access and issues, for all USCYBERCOM and Component assigned personnel.
* Provide services to implement security procedures and processes that reinforce national level security requirements IAW appropriate security guidance.
* Support inspections and implementation of mitigation strategies to protect against possible risks to ACCM Programs.
* Provide security guidance to planners and leadership with support to Annex-writing and Program Approval processes utilizing Security Classification Guides and supporting Doctrine.
* Support USCYBERCOM Commander's Regulations (CCRs) for SCIF Security, Classified Information Handling, and Personnel Security promoting and reporting on policies governing assigned personnel throughout USCYBERCOM
* Support inspections and implementation of mitigation strategies to protect against possible risks to SAP and STO Programs.
* Provide information-related capabilities and sensitive activities into operations orders, annexes, and evaluation/assessment plans.
* Review, analyze, and advise on impact of national level strategies, policies, and joint doctrine.
* Develop ACCM Planner appendices, annexes, tabs, estimates, etc., including, but not limited to:
* Electronic Warfare (EW), MISO, Military Deception (MILDEC), Cyberspace Operations (CO), Operations Security (OPSEC), Special Activities Planning (SAP) and Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO).
* Research, develop, utilize, analyze, and assess all information-related tools and capabilities, including, but not limited to:
* Electronic Warfare (EW), MISO, Military Deception (MILDEC), Cyberspace Operations (CO), Operations Security (OPSEC), and Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO).
* Provide focused academic outreach, experiments, and scientific application integration.
* Provide development, planning, staffing, coordination, execution, and assessment of sensitive activities.#OPIAS Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of planning experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
* Knowledge of Special Capabilities and ACCM operations and how it is integrated into joint operational planning process, military decision-making process, and military campaign plan planning, targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Information Operations plans and orders.
* 5+ years of experience with ACCM planning at the service or joint level in support of operations at Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces - especially in CYBER Operations.
* Have a working knowledge of Information Operations (IO), military deception (MILDEC), operations security (OPSEC), Special Activities Planning, Electronic warfare (EW), and cyberspace operations missions, tasks, and overall war fighting functions that support operations, understand how to integrate Joint capabilities, and be capable of synchronizing activities of mutual concern.
* Knowledge of service departments (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force) functions and their relationships to CCMD to coordinate MISO/PSYOP actions in appropriate channels, e.g., Army, Navy, Air…
