ServiceNow Business Analyst Security Clearance

Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst with Security Clearance
Work Environment: 2-3 days on-site
• Secret clearance or higher is required

• Able to obtain Security+ certification

• High Level Business Analyst Expertise

• High level experience with a broad experience with the Service Now platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on Service Now capabilities and industry best practices

• High level experience working with Service Now Asset Management modules

• High level experience gathering requirements and developing business processes.

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) a plus

• Agile development cycle

• Experience with process flow documentation creation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective leadership communications and team player (externally /externally)

• Experience gathering requirements and buidling user stories for TSOM and OMT Service Now Modules

• Experience designing and developing Service Now process flows/workflows
