Job Description
Come join one of our high performing teams responsible for building and supporting enterprise open systems platform of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and their mission to meet the changing needs of the Department of Defense's ISP for 2.5 million users. The Service Now Technical Business Analyst Lead will serve as the key technical resource leading the strategy and all Business Analyst aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of the Service Now TSOM and OMT implementation.
The successful candidate will have fluency in Service Now including SAM processes and module development principles that enables effective communications with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customer that leverages industry processes and best practices.

High Level Business Analyst ExpertiseHigh level experience with a broad range of Service Now capabilities and effective in setting a clear vision based on Service Now capabilities and industry best practices.
Service Now Asset Management ExperienceHigh level experience working with Service Now Asset Management modules.
Requirements & Business ProcessesHigh Level Experience Gathering Requirements And Developing Business Processes.

- Effective leadership communications and team player (externally / internally)
- Experience gathering requirements and building user stories for TSOM and OMT Service Now Modules
- Experience designing and developing Service Now process flows/workflows
- Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – a plus
- Agile development cycle
- Experience with process flow documentation creation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
