Senior DevOps Engineer

Are you ready to make a significant impact by supporting critical national security infrastructure? T‑Rex Solutions is looking for a fully cleared Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Ft. Meade, MD area.

• Provide optimization and automation across multiple platforms and applications.
• Drive consistency for deployment and build processes.
• Utilize modern tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Linux.
• Work with teams on large projects, preferably built on AWS and using scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, and Python.
• Demonstrate familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up a CI/CD pipeline.
• Understand Agile software development and Dev Ops practices and collaborate closely with peers in mid‑to‑large size teams.
• Focus on understanding customers' needs, translating product specifications into functional, production‑ready code and infrastructure.
• Required skills:
  
  AWS (S3, VPCs & Networking, EC2, ECS/EKS), Containerization (Docker, k8s, Registries), IaC (Terraform/Cloud Formation), CI/CD (Jenkins/Git Hub Actions).

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field with 10 years of related experience.
• Senior level candidate with experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
• Active TS/SCI with FSP.
• CWIP IAT Level I required.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T‑Rex considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
