Overview
Position Overview: Team Lead – Intelligence Management Specialist (Operations Mission Team Support) provides senior-level intelligence management and administrative leadership in support of International Affairs Officers (IAOs) and the Directorate of Intelligence. This role leads a team delivering intelligence, information management, and operational coordination support across multiple intelligence disciplines to enable partner engagements, strategic cooperation, and mission execution. The Team Lead ensures effective coordination, information sharing, process improvement, and mission-aligned intelligence support for both domestic and foreign partners in accordance with command priorities.

Operations Mission Team Enablement:
- Provide integrated intelligence management support to enable operational planning, execution, and partner engagement.
Partnership & Engagement Management:
- Strengthen and sustain intelligence partnerships through coordinated information exchange and long-term collaboration mechanisms.
Information Sharing & Governance:
- Ensure compliant, secure, and effective dissemination of intelligence across multiple classification levels and partner systems.
Leadership & Strategic Support:
- Enable informed decision-making through timely reporting, metrics, and senior-level briefings.
EDUCATION:
Master’s degree with 12 years related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 17 years related experience. Degree desired in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:
Top Secret, SCI eligible and ability to pass a CI polygraph
US citizenship required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience providing intelligence management and administrative support in a joint or combatant command environment.
- Proven experience leading teams supporting intelligence operations or partner engagement functions.
- Experience managing RFIs, intelligence databases, and cross-domain information sharing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing metrics, briefings, and executive-level reports.
- Ability to coordinate across U.S. government, military, and foreign partner organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights for leadership.

Salary and Benefits:
The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $161,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation; salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
