I2X Technologies is seeking a Service Now Senior Developer to support ongoing activities for a customer at Scott AFB, IL, Hill AFB, UT, and Fort Meade, MD.
This position will be on‑site and will require an active Secret clearance.

• Support the standup, configuration and implementation of Service Now’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management Capability modules.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
• Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
• Create and configure tool integrations with Service Now (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades
• Assist with design, creation and cataloging of business process flows
• Work with other members of the Service Now development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies
• Perform the necessary tasks to design and configure Service Now functions to meet operational needs
• Support business process re‑engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into Service Now
• Identify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi‑structured customer data that can be used to create a more positive customer experience and increase overall network performance
• Interact with the customer to address Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts
• Developing, configuring, and customizing the Service Now platform to fit business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Orchestrate and automate tasks.
• Responsible for the design and build of Service Now Applications and integration to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices, and methodologies in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Provide strong development and project on‑track and on‑task and collaborate on an ongoing project in both new and enhancements development between engineers, developers, analyst, and other team members.
• Follow, maintain, and apply documentation best practice policies, procedures, and process throughout Service Now development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Service Now configuration, implementation, and support.
• Review and apply any additional UI/UX requirements from external and internal team and align into Service Now development.
• Utilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation.
• Support data migration as needed.
• Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies and standards.
• Integrate data from multiple data sources into a unified CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity are maintained.
• Works with and mentors junior developers to guide and coach them throughout each project.

• Requires a US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance
• Hold and active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher, such as Security+ within 14 days of hire
• Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Must be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for full time on‑site support
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 – 12 years of relevant experience or master’s with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
