Overview
Hoplite Solutions is seeking a motivated Target Analyst Reporter of all levels to prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles in response to mission requirements. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue products which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection. Perform pre-release quality control functions.
- Research, analyze and report intelligence.
- Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
- Produce target-related products to relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness for specific targets.
- Provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
- Assist in the development of databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection.
- Perform pre-release quality control functions.
- Target Analyst Reporter shall possess the following capabilities:
- Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence.
- Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
- Knowledge of agency-specific tools and methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- All current openings are in Maryland and Utah.
- Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Level 1: 2 years of applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR 4 years with an associate degree, OR 6 years without a degree.
- Level 2: 2 years of applicable experience with a PhD, OR 3 years with a master’s degree, OR 5 years with a bachelor’s degree, OR 7 years with an associate degree, OR 9 years without a degree.
- Level 3: 4 years of applicable experience with a PhD, OR 6 years with a master’s degree, OR 8 years with a bachelor’s degree, OR 10 years with an associate degree, OR 12 years without a degree.
