Locations:
Washington D.C., Fort Meade, MD. Remote eligible (Maryland). On-site 5 days per week in Fort Meade.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years experience with Python, Go, or Bash for system automation, middleware creation, and tool integration.
• 5 years experience in a Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops  role, including automation and pipeline security.
• 5 years experience managing containerized environments, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.

• Experience securing AI/ML deployment frameworks and auditing vector databases.
• Experience implementing OSINT collection systems to produce actionable signatures or IR playbooks.
• Experience deploying container runtime isolation technologies and designing strict pod egress policies.
• Knowledge in supply chain security tools, secret governance, and continuous security gates at pull‑request level.
• Familiarity with AI‑specific risk frameworks (MITRE ATLAS, OWASP for LLMs).

• Bridge gap between offensive AI security research (Red Team) and defensive platform engineering (Blue Team).
• Serve as core architect of automated purple‑teaming pipeline.
• Design automation that continuously emulates threats, validates guardrails, and deploys real‑time containerized and network defenses.
• Secure large language models, runtime isolation configurations, and automated detection workflows.
• Establish security baselines for agent construction and data flow mapping to prevent data leakage and indirect prompt injections.
• Integrate automated red‑team testing workflows into deployment pipelines for compliance with MITRE ATLAS, OWASP, and STRIDE.
• Deploy robust container isolation and strict network egress filtering in high‑compute GPU/TPU environments.
• Integrate automated security tools, image scanning, and SBOM generation into pipelines.
• Build and maintain automated code scanners for deep data flow analysis and fuzzing.

As a Senior Dev Sec Ops  Engineer you will work with software engineers to proactively identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities, bridging the gap between AI research and platform engineering.
