Program Analyst
As a Program Analyst, you will support a project from concept to completion, ensuring the program stays on a productive path. You will implement and maintain organizational programs aligned with our client’s strategy, review contracts and project cost accounting, and help with tactical planning using Microsoft tools and communication with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers. Your work will involve maintaining clear communication to meet quality standards and achieve program goals within budget.
You will influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy and ensuring customers achieve program goals within budget, improving warfighter communications.
Qualifications- 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience with project management on technical projects
- Experience creating project management plans
- Experience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
- Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management
- Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve program execution
- Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluating programs, providing management with information on improving initiatives and strategic plans
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience writing and editing technical articles, publications, or presentations
- Experience with telecommunications project management
- Knowledge of project finances
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process
- Ability to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publication
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of audiences
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors including location, education, skills, experience, and contract-specific requirements.
