This description focuses on the responsibilities and qualifications for the Senior All-Source Analyst (Production/MIDB) role in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
Responsibilities- Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Provide all-source analysis including research, evaluation, and deconfliction of single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion information, other agency all-source finished intelligence, open-source information, and other relevant data.
- Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends and changes in the activities of cyber adversaries.
- Adhere to ODNI and DIA all-source analytic tradecraft and standards.
- Establish and maintain communications with counterparts in the Intelligence Community and related organizations to collaborate on analysis and changes in the environment, in accordance with government sponsors’ guidance within the assigned division.
- Maintain cognizance of events domestically and internationally to identify potential relationships to the established knowledge base.
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level I or IAM Level I certification.
- Experience with intelligence production tools and databases (e.g., Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, Cyber COP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, WISE, CENTAUR, Pathfinder, and related tools).
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to maintain a DoD security clearance at the required level.
- Experience contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
- Innovative, able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
