Cybersecurity Engineer – Endpoint Security / EDR / DLP
Ft. Meade, MD (100% Onsite)
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Required
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer to support a critical federal cyber defense program focused on enterprise endpoint security and threat detection technologies.
This role will focus on deployment, sustainment and operational support of advanced endpoint security platforms across a secure enterprise environment/
Key Responsibilities:- Support daily operations and maintenance of endpoint security technologies
- Deploy and operationalize EDR and DLP capabilities
- Participate in engineering, integration and migration activities
- Troubleshoot security platform issues and support incident response efforts
- Develop technical documentation, diagrams, reports and playbooks
- Support testing, debugging and deployment activities
- Collaborate with cyber operations and infrastructure stakeholders
- Monitor platform health, functionality and performance
- Assist with policy tuning and optimization
- Experience with endpoint security tools including ENS, ePO, EDR and DLP
- Strong cybersecurity engineering or cyber operations background
- Windows and Linux systems administration experience
- Knowledge of enterprise networking, Active Directory and virtualization
- Experience supporting classified or large‑scale enterprise environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Active DoD 8570/8140 certification required
