Cyber Training Developer
Drive a multi-year technical training and assessment program, leveraging instructional systems design and computer network operations experience to magnify clients’ cyber training capabilities. Collaborate with military leadership, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build, validate, implement, and evaluate critical training programs for advanced learners. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team producing highly sophisticated, hands‑on solutions to meet mission and time‑critical needs.
Provide classroom instruction as per the Program of Instruction and foster a learning environment to help build the next generation of cyber warriors.
- 3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)
- 2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems
- Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware for training content development or instructional scenarios
- Experience with development, deployment, operations, maintenance, training, or administration of Windows or Unix‑based operating systems
- Experience assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency
- Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing, easy‑to‑understand presentations for a broad audience
- Ability to navigate an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years of formal classroom teaching of cyberspace operations
- Experience developing training evaluation metrics
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PERL, shell scripting
- Ability to build consensus and effective cross‑functional relationships
- Adaptable content development and delivery for diverse audiences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, project‑management, analytical, problem‑solving, and client‑management skills

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD), based on location, education, experience, and organizational needs.
