Salary Range: $150,000 to $215,000 per year
Join our team as a System Administrator and become the backbone of our technology operations. In this role, you’ll support the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical IT systems that keep our mission running. You’ll manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, user environments, and enterprise applications, ensuring everything stays secure, stable, and high‑performing.
Responsibilities- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
- Provide Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
- Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
- Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
- Day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning.
- Investigate and resolve configuration and performance issues.
- Support the dispatch system and hardware problems.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems; install and load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components, implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Ten (10) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Three years of experience installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and using system security tools, including container security, virtual machine security, security boundary enforcement, configuration management, and security reporting tools.
- Three years of experience working with ELK, Tripwire, VMware, and the Red Hat SELinux security tool suite is strongly preferred.
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
