We are seeking a cleared Dev Sec Ops  Developer to design, automate, and secure our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role bridges development, security, and operations using Red Hat, Ansible, and custom scripting to maintain secure CI/CD processes. The position requires an active Secret clearance or higher and requires work on‑site at Fort Meade as needed.

• Pipeline Automation:
  Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery lifecycle.
• Security Integration:
  Embed automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks directly into the CI/CD processes to ensure secure code delivery.
• Configuration Management:
  Utilize Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment across environments.
• Systems Engineering:
  Administer, configure, and troubleshoot RHEL systems in a secure, regulated environment.
• Scripting & Tooling:
  Write and maintain custom scripts using Bash and Python to automate routine operations, integrate disparate tools, and optimize system performance.

• Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher).
• Must be local to Maryland with ability to commute to and work on‑site de.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Dev Sec Ops , Dev Ops, Systems Engineering, or related role.
• Hands‑on experience administering and configuring RHEL.
• Proven experience with Ansible.
• Strong proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions).
• Experience integrating security testing (SAST, DAST, or container scanning) into automated pipelines.

• Hands‑on experience managing and securing cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, RHCSA, AWS/Azure associate‑level.
• Experience with federal compliance frameworks (NIST, DISA STIGs).
