Technical Trainer Security Clearance

Position: Technical Trainer with Security Clearance
Experience training fundamentals of Service Now to end users
Experience Demo'ing Service Now functionality to customers and end users
Experience building training materials specific to Service Now
• Works to achieve key project/program objectives and deliverables.

• Responsible for understanding entire projects or processes spanning multiple technical areas.

• Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.

• Effectively communicates with the customer and external parties external.

• Develops marketing material to include but not limited to demo videos, marketing slicks, etc.

• Actively engages with the project team to know and understand the work being developed throughout each sprint

• Participates in scrum team ceremonies

• Leads demonstration sessions among the Government community

• Articulate in messaging functional and technical Service Now products and solutions

• Prepares demonstration presentations and documentation on a consistent basis

• Conducts dress rehearsal demonstrations prior to conducting demonstrations to the larger Government community

• Assists the team developing and establishing demonstration material for new team members

• Tracks and manages demo documentation within Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence tools - This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
