Agile Defense is seeking an Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Test Engineer to support the Defense Information Systems Agency Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test, Evaluation, and Certification (TEC) II contract at Fort Meade, MD. The selected candidate will join the Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Operational Assessment (OA) team to perform analytical work in support of testing, evaluation, and certification of Information Technology/National Security Systems related to the Department of Defense's maritime surface platforms in accordance with DODI 8330.01 and JITC guidance and procedures.

The candidate will apply common T&E processes that include identifying requirements, verifying user needs, developing evaluation approaches, collecting data, analyzing data, and reporting findings. Responsibilities include interoperability test planning, conducting interoperability T&E, analyzing test results, and preparing thorough, accurate, and complete formal test documentation. The candidate will provide consultation on complex projects and serve as a top-level contributor/specialist in their department.

Travel estimate is 10-25%.

Bachelor's degree in information technology related field.

• Must have extensive T&E background
• Familiarity with the Agile Product Development Cycle
• Experience with Agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Must be proficient with MS Office tools
• Experience with at least some of the following applications:
  Service Now, Share Point
• Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

$130,000 - $145,000 a year
