Duties
Lead the development of comprehensive cyberspace policies to govern the Department of Defense's utilization of National Guard and Reserve assets for the cyber mission.
Direct the establishment and continuous review of comprehensive operational plans to ensure the timely and effective application of National Guard and Reserve assets during cyberspace operations.
Facilitate advance resource planning and real-time cyber operations by coordinating with stakeholders to negotiate, justify, and allocate essential resources for National Guard and Reserve assets.
Supervise civil service and military personnel assigned to the Directorate by executing the full range of personnel management, workload allocation, and administrative functions in accordance with organizational guidance.
