CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator II to perform system administration functions in support of a critical mission based in Fort Meade, MD. This role provides the opportunity to support enterprise infrastructure, enhance system reliability, and contribute to secure, mission focused operations. • Perform system administration functions.
• Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers.
• Monitor and patch/upgrade standard networking resources (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor and patch/upgrade servers and VM hardware.
• Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable.
• Support documentation of non-applicable controls.
• Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software.
• Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure.
• Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware.
• Document inventory changes.

Required:

• Proficient with Linux. Minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience (within the last 3 years).
• Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.
• VM experience.
• Security+ certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 7 years' experience as a Systems Administrator in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• 3 years of additional Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Desired:

• Should have working knowledge of Dell and HPE Linux servers.
• Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Palo Alto firewalls.
• Ansible.
• Nutanix - VM management.
• Rubrik - data storage.
• Nomad containers.
• SALT scripts.
• LibreNMS.
• Net Box.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $103,800 - $218,100.
