Target Analyst Reporter Level 1 Security Clearance

Position: Target Analyst Reporter Level 1 with Security Clearance
Markon is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter 1 to support a Fort Meade customer by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence in support of mission requirements. This role is responsible for evaluating intelligence from multiple sources, producing serialized SIGINT reporting, and supporting collection efforts to deliver timely and accurate intelligence products. The role works closely with experienced analysts and collectors to develop target knowledge, refine reporting, and support mission operations.

Responsibilities
* Research, analyze, and report intelligence in response to mission requirements

* Prepare serialized SIGINT and other intelligence reports using approved reporting vehicles

* Evaluate intelligence from multiple sources to support operational and mission objectives

* Collaborate with collectors and analysts to support collection strategies and reporting requirements

* Develop intelligence products that communicate developments, trends, and target activity

* Perform pre-release quality control reviews to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with reporting standards

* Develop and maintain target profiles, databases, and analytical working aids to support intelligence production

* Maintain awareness of customer priorities and mission requirements while providing timely intelligence support

* Assist with identifying intelligence gaps and recommending collection opportunities Qualifications
* Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required

* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience;
Associate's degree and 4+ years; or High School diploma/GED and 6+ years of relevant experience

* Experience researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence in support of operational missions

* Experience with SIGINT collection, analysis, and serialized intelligence reporting

* Familiarity with agency-specific tools and methodologies, including GRAPEVINE, TEST FLIGHT, RAD, CHRONICLE, and TARGET PROFILER

* Experience drafting or editing serialized SIGINT reports, KL reports, or similar intelligence products

* Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills

* Experience supporting Fort Meade intelligence, SIGINT, cyber, or collection missions

Desired Qualifications
* Experience with Target Development and Network Analysis (TDNA)

* Experience integrating SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines, including OSINT

* Degree in English, History, Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Languages, or a related field

* Familiarity with Intelligence Community reporting standards, dissemination procedures, and target development methodologies Salary Range USD $90,000.00 - USD $ /Yr.
