Job Description
At Leidos, we deliver innovative solutions through the efforts of diverse and talented people dedicated to our customers' success. The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission.
Contract StatusProposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award.
Security ClearanceActive DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. No sponsorship.
Responsibilities- Align business processes and technology infrastructures to optimize information sharing and support analytic production across the organization.
- Leverage databases, content management, and records management systems to improve workflow efficiency and knowledge management practices.
- Compile and analyze reports on system performance and usage, identifying future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.
- Disseminate intelligence products efficiently and securely across multiple networks and portals.
- Perform configuration, administration, and advanced development of SharePoint, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), and other content management systems throughout the content lifecycle.
- Develop, stage, test, and host custom SharePoint solutions to meet mission requirements.
- Design and develop web parts, Info Path forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, branding customizations, and web services.
- Configure collaboration sites and implement forms authentication for secure staff access.
- Manage user controls and security permissions across SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to capture user requirements and translate them into robust, user‑friendly knowledge management solutions.
- Maintain and update all system and process documentation, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Document Operating Instructions (OIs) for command‑wide programs and initiatives.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant labor‑category experience, at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 additional years of senior experience (total 17 years) as a substitute. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. No sponsorship.
- Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission.
- Prior experience supporting Joint operations across multiple war fighting domains.
- Experience implementing KM tools, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Expert‑level knowledge of DoD 5015.2 records‑management standards and KM strategy development.
- Participation within USCYBERCOM KM Working Groups or governance bodies.
- Implementation of knowledge‑capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best‑practice libraries.
- Knowledge of data‑lifecycle management and cross‑domain information‑sharing solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
