All-Source Analyst (Production) supporting the USCYBERCOM J2 mission. Deliver comprehensive multi-source analysis, reporting, and cyber‑focused intelligence production supporting USCYBERCOM and defense intelligence mission requirements. Utilize intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments.

Proposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award.

Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement.

Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments. Provide all-source analytic support that includes research, evaluation, and deconfliction of single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion information, other agency all‑source finished intelligence, open‑source information, and other relevant data. Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends, shifts, and techniques in the activities of cyber adversaries.

Adhere to ODI and DIA all‑source analytic tradecraft and standards. Produce intelligence products and written or oral assessments that meet established standards. Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with counterparts across the intelligence community. Document Operation Instructions and support command‑wide programs and initiatives. Provide all‑source analysis in support of operational mission objectives, identifying cyber entities for further target development, and entering validated entity information into the MIDB or successor mechanisms.

Utilize intelligence production tools and databases, including but not limited to Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, MIDB, Cyber COP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE Information Management System, Network Knowledge Base, Foxtail CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft One Note. Deliver intelligence support to planning and operations. Produce bulletins and briefs. Support cyber‑related exercises. Respond to J2 or other USCYBERCOM staff requests for information.

Develop and present intelligence slides, in‑depth briefings, and presentations up to the General Officer/Flag Officer level.

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university, or Bachelor's degree plus additional 5 years of senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrates ability to use logic and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, and synthesize multiple sources of information.
• Demonstrates ability to interpret analysis and defend analytic judgments with sound conclusions.
• Produces timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats and web‑enabled formats.
• Communicates complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non‑verbally with strong grammar skills.
• Develops structured research and maintains information within security and data protocols.
• Recognizes nuances and resolves contradictions in information.
• Has comprehensive mission knowledge and completes all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
