Position: Splunk Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Required:

TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Description:

Develop, implement, and manage Splunk solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Architect, implement, and manage Splunk infrastructure and solutions.
* Administer Splunk Enterprise security.
* Develop and deploy complex Splunk searches.
* Administer search head clusters, indexer clusters, and Splunk forwarders.
* Work with users to troubleshoot, develop, and deploy Splunk solutions for them.
* Use GIT to manage and deploy custom apps and configurations.
* Use AWS to manage and deploy Splunk infrastructure.
* Use Jira and Service Now to track tickets. Individual Capabilities/Experience

Required:

* All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees will be from accredited institutions. Qualification requirements shall be:
* Eight (8) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED
* Six (6) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree
* Four (4) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree
* Two (2) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree
* Doctorate's Degree.
* Splunk Architect certification OR Splunk admin certification with capabilities to architect Splunk solutions when needed.
* Experience or knowledge on managing Splunk clusters and forwarders.
* Experience or knowledge on developing complex Splunk searches.
* Baisc Linux knowledge or experience. Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
* Splunk consultant or architect certification
* Linux experience
* GIT experience
* AWS experience
* Jira experience
* Service Now experience
* Splunk Enterprise Security knowledge or experience
