Identity / Risk Management Analyst
Full time, salaried, exempt. Anticipated salary: $95,399.00 – $. Required travel: 0–10%. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Mid-level experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity management systems and cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and critical infrastructure for our government and military clients. The candidate will provide operational support to Identity Management physical and virtual activities, and work independently or in small teams developing risk management assessments and providing recommendations to fulfill IdM requirements.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Design, develop and integrate systems, applications, and solutions for enterprise-level cyber systems and networks, applying secure communication protocols and systems integration expertise.
- Establish and maintain operational security risk management strategies, including defining security requirements, performing risk assessments, and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate emerging threats.
- Employ advanced tools and tradecraft related to identity management, vulnerability testing, and system hardening.
- Integrate new security features within existing architectures, addressing current and future operational challenges, and providing architectural analysis to enhance system capabilities and continuity planning.
- Develop security policies and interface with diverse external entities, including law enforcement, intelligence, and other government organizations and agencies.
- Offer engineering recommendations, lead testing initiatives, and provide solutions to resolve complex system issues.
- Apply extensive technical expertise in operational-related risk management and intelligence tradecraft within cyber and physical domains, and maintain knowledge of related disciplines.
- Guide the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.
5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3 years relevant experience with a Master’s; 9 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent; or 0 years experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field.
- DoD or military service MOS producing course in CI, HUMINT, Intelligence or Cyber.
- Experience with in the Intelligence Community, Special Operations, or Federal Law Enforcement in the specialty areas of Cyber, SIGINT, or Intelligence Analysis.
- Strong understanding and manipulation of computer hardware and software.
- Experience in identity management and cybersecurity roles.
- Travel—must be able to travel to points within the designated area of responsibility on an "as required" basis; current/active U.S. passport and medically cleared to deploy.
- Clearance—must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field with 8+ years of intelligence/CI/HUMINT/risk management analyst experience (education may be substituted for experience).
- Experience with various techniques applied to identity management methodologies.
- Familiarity with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) principles.
