Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated Security Operations Center Program Manager to join our team!

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly required

Fort Meade, MD (Onsite)
The SOC Program Manager overseas daily operations including intrusion monitoring, triage analysis escalation/communication of events, gathering and reporting on current threat intelligence data, carrying out ‘first responder’ responsibilities associated with security incidents, and containing, eradicating, recovering and analyzing incident events within a 24/7 operation.

Essential Duties
* Understand IT systems security architecture and testing, as well as privacy related risks and controls.
* Serve as the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Oversight Manager, Technical Monitors, and other Government personnel and contractors.
* Manage a complex, multi-task information technology security and privacy contract
* Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor work schedules, and review all
* work products and services
* Supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the
* organization to subordinates
* Plan, organize, and prioritize work managing multiple tasks in a highly-complex, dynamic
* Environment* Analyze metrics to improve overall effectiveness
* Ensure deadlines and budget commitments are met### QualificationsA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline is preferred. At least five (5) years of general information systems experience, seven
* years of experience related to information security, and seven (7) years of project management

Experience. CISSP Or Equivalent Certification Highly Preferred.
