Joint Targeting Analyst
We need an intelligence analyst who can find and interpret the best data to give clients the right answers. As a Joint Targeting Analyst you will conduct advanced all-source intelligence analysis to develop, prioritize, and manage cyber targets, ensuring all targeting activities comply with Joint Publications (JPs), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions (CJCSIs), and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) standards.
You will conduct in-depth Target System Analysis (TSA) to identify critical adversary vulnerabilities, create and maintain Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), target graphics, and database nominations. You will manage Joint Target Lists (JTL) and coordinate nominations across USCYBERCOM and the Intelligence Community (IC), provide joint target intelligence support for deliberate and dynamic target engagements, and integrate targeting workflows with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) to support JTF campaign plan development.
You will assist in building and refining Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Indicators for combat assessments and coordinate intelligence and combat targeting efforts with Combatant Commands (COCOMs), the Joint Staff, and the Military Targeting Committee, aligning targeting practices with Analytic Tradecraft Standards.
- Experience developing, prioritizing, and managing cyber targets
- Experience coordinating intelligence and combat targeting efforts with Combatant Commands (COCOMs), the Joint Staff, or the Military Targeting Committee
- Experience integrating targeting workflows with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) to support JTF campaign plan development
- Knowledge of Military Intelligence Analysis and the intelligence cycle and how it impacts operations planning and execution
- Knowledge of JP 3-60 Joint Targeting, JP 3-12 Cyberspace Operations, CJCSI 3160.01 No-Strike Collateral Damage, or CJCSI 3370.01 Target Development
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis and joint targeting, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with intelligence analysis and joint targeting, or 9+ years of experience with intelligence analysis and joint targeting in lieu of a degree
- Completion of a Joint or Service Qualifying Targeting School such as Joint Targeting School (JTS) or Combat Targeting Course (CTC)
- Experience with Analyst Notebook, Target Profiler, Data Xplorer, Geo Xplorer, Link Xplorer, DEVNAV, UTT, or XKey Score
- Experience supporting Special Operations Command (SOCOM)
- Knowledge of overall cyberspace trends, analysis, and operations related to computer network defense and national level communities
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and developments in academia or fields that affect tradecraft methodology
- Knowledge of DoD analytical writing and final cyber analytical products
- Ability to provide all-source intelligence analysis and assessments pertaining to the cyberspace domain
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Master’s degree

CompensationSalary range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the company’s total compensation package. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
