Observability and Monitoring Engineer

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Lead Observability Engineer to join our team in Ft Meade, MD to design, implement, and support enterprise monitoring and observability solutions for mission-critical systems. This role will focus on improving system visibility, reliability, and performance through logging, telemetry, alerting, and dashboard development. Hybrid role. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large-scale production environments and working closely with Dev Ops, SRE, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to ensure systems are observable, resilient, and operationally efficient.
