Overview
Are you interested in using your skills to help shape the Cyber, Security, & Intel space? Amentum is seeking a Senior KM Analyst to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD. This role supports challenging, mission-critical projects that impact the Nation’s security and intelligence mission. Amentum provides Analytical Support Services to the US Army Counterintelligence (CI), Counter terrorism (CT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations, supporting INSCOM and its major subordinate commands with intelligence analysis, cyber, forensics support, technology protection, and related services.
Responsibilities- Support the U.S. Army by designing and implementing Knowledge Management (KM) solutions, including SharePoint process improvements and workflows that enable information sharing across processes and technologies.
- Collaborate on governance, maintenance plans, and content management, including transfer of content from shared drives and repositories to SharePoint.
- Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements; disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals.
- Publish analyses of the effectiveness of current organizational SOPs and processes; facilitate KM Working Group (KMWG) activities and disseminate information to stakeholders.
- Publish KMWG minutes and recommendations to the SharePoint KM portal and via email to government personnel.
- Conduct surveys and interviews to improve information sharing within and outside the organization, across vertical and lateral teams.
- Ensure requirements and design concepts are realized through governance documents, custom workflows, site themes, and effective content management with Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide status updates on task progress, schedules, surveys/interviews, meetings, issues, and recommendations.
- Review operational data to support CI Operations Trends and Strategic Communications, articulating leads, gaps, vulnerabilities, and trends.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant knowledge management experience, with a portion in the last 2 years.
- Security Plus (CompTIA) certification.
- Completion of a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033.
- US government clearance:
Current Top Secret/SCI Clearance Required. - Preferred:
Master’s degree in a relevant field or bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of experience (total of 17 years). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- AI literacy.
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $129,000, with compensation determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, potential deferred compensation options, paid time off, holidays, and other company programs.
