Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber Professional with to provide technical support as an Intel Planner and serve as Task Lead to a team of approximately 20 professionals supporting USCYBERCOM J2 enterprise efforts (Knowledge Management, Technical Edit, Graphics, and Executive Team Support). This individual will serve as the primary management interface between the contractor team and the government customer, with full accountability for scope, cost, schedule, quality, and continuous process improvement across all subtasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
TASK LEAD- Serve as the primary point of contact and accountability for enterprise task deliverables, performance, and customer communications
- Manage scope, cost, and schedule across all subtasks; proactively identify and mitigate risks to contract performance
- Identify and lead continuous improvement to support increase quality, integration, and value add products for the J2 mission set
- Prepare and present status reports, briefings, and other program documentation to government stakeholders and internal leadership
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with contract terms, applicable DoD and Intelligence Community policies, and Peraton standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 20 personnel across subtask areas
- Proactively communicate program status, issues, and recommendations; elevate appropriately when needed
- Represent the program in customer meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
- Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive implementation of improvements in coordination with the team and customer
- Support the development and maintenance of Operating Instructions (OIs) and standard operating procedures
- Integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into operational planning functions across DoD in accordance with JOPES
- Support development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time‑sensitive planning
- Assist with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process
- Coordinate production of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Annex B, and Functional Support Plans
- Ensure intelligence planning activities are integrated and synchronized with J3, J5, and J7 battle rhythms
- Develop, manage, and coordinate intelligence task lists identifying intelligence support products and responsible divisions
- Provide full‑range coordination with command partners (foreign and domestic) to inform intelligence Directorate leadership
- Manage portfolios of foreign and domestic partners for various governmental requirements
- Develop strategies to establish, develop, and maintain partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production
- Document Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command‑wide programs and initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years. Master’s degree in a related field, or a Bachelor’s plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total).
- Demonstrated experience managing scope, cost, and schedule on government contracts
- Proven ability to interface directly with government customers at the working and senior levels; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement
- Working knowledge of intelligence planning concepts, JOPES, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and planning documents in Microsoft Office formats
- Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
- Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with foreign and domestic partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with J2 or U.S. Cyber Command mission areas
- Experience with CDRL preparation and government deliverable management
