Power3 Solutions is seeking Help Desk Specialists to support a software engineering program in the Ft. Meade area. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and a minimum of four years of help desk experience, with an Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree may substitute).
Full-time, fully funded position with a competitive salary range. You will provide first-line support, monitor service health, follow SOPs, and document incidents in Service Now for a large government community.
