Systems Administrator; Skill Level 1-3 Security Clearance

Job Overview

Strategic Analytix is hiring a System Administrator to support mission‑critical IT systems for federal clients. The role involves daily operations, monitoring, problem resolution, and support for dispatch and hardware issues.

• Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) issues.
• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Monitor and perform capacity analysis and planning for system operations.
• Document and analyze complex problems related to server hardware, applications, and software integration.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install and troubleshoot OS software, and maintain network components.
• Support system design, mission architecture, and associated hardware.
• Communicate status and escalation information to agency management and internal customers.

• Clearance:
  Mandatory TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years as a System Administrator for programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Certification: CWIP IAT Level 1 required (Levels 2 or 3 may apply for higher skill levels).
• Must possess strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of system administration interdependencies within a Service‑Oriented Architecture.

• Skill Level 1 – 5 years experience, CWIP IAT Level 1.
• Skill Level 2 – 10 years experience, CWIP IAT Level 2.
• Skill Level 3 – 15 years experience, CWIP IAT Level 3.
