Linux Engineer

Insight Global is actively hiring multiple TS/SCI with Polygraph cleared Senior Linux Engineers to support a newly awarded IC Program at Fort Meade. The selected candidates will work in a team responsible for providing Linux Administration and support in a highly classified environment.

All candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance to be considered for this role.

Minimum job requirements include:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance - Required
• 10+ years experience in Linux Engineering and Administration
• Strong background in troubleshooting experience (VM & application logs & tracking down sources/causes of VM or application issues)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher for containerized workloads Familiarity with Apache NiFi or similar data integration tools
• Working knowledge of Ansible for automation and configuration management Hands-on experience managing VMs in Open Stack, VMware, or AWS Ability to troubleshoot SSH, performance, and network-related issues in Linux environments Experience applying security hardening (STIG, STE/STN) and maintaining compliance documentation (SSP) Experience with network flow monitoring tools
• Active Security+ Certification

Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this team and exact pay will vary based on candidates level of experience, expertise, and clearance level. We anticipate paying 190K - 245K for these candidates as well as providing a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and 401K benefits
