• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operations, monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and other infrastructure.
• Deliver Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Support dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install and load software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components.
• Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis and planning.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting, detailed analysis, and feedback on escalated tickets.
• Support design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems involving server hardware, applications, and software integration.

• U.S. Citizenship and appropriate security clearance required (e.g., TS/SCI with agency‑appropriate polygraph).
• Fifteen (15) years' experience as a system administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional SA experience in lieu of a degree.
• Certification or adherence to DoD 8570‑M, IAT Level 2.
• Experience with enterprise‑level Linux distributions (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command‑line interface.
• Experience with system automation tools, especially Ansible.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM, Docker, Open Shift).
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Nagios, Zabbix, ELK Stack).
• Understanding of security best practices and protocols.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git Lab).
