SALARY RANGE $155,000 - $215,000/year
DUTIES As a successful candidate for the System Administrator II role, you will provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems while managing IT system infrastructure and processes related to those systems. You will support day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring and resolving issues across client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices. You will provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while supporting escalation processes and communicating status updates to agency management and internal customers.
You will assist with the dispatch system and hardware issues and remain engaged through the resolution process. You will also configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install and load operating system software, troubleshoot system issues, maintain system integrity, configure network components, and implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
