Position: Target Digital Network Analyst Level 3 with Security Clearance
Markon is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) Level 3 to support the Fort Meade customer by conducting advanced target development and digital network analysis in support of SIGINT and Intelligence Community missions. This role analyzes collection and open-source information to identify targets, characterize digital networks, develop intelligence leads, and enable future collection opportunities. The Target Digital Network Analyst applies analytical expertise, technical knowledge, and mission awareness to produce actionable intelligence that supports operational planning and national security objectives.

Responsibilities
* Conduct analysis of classified collection, open-source information, and technical data to identify intelligence leads and support target development activities.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive target profiles by analyzing communications, network activity, digital footprints, and behavioral patterns.

* Ensure target continuity by maintaining awareness of evolving target activities, infrastructure, and communications technologies.

* Develop baseline assessments of designated target sets to support intelligence collection, operational planning, and mission execution.

* Identify intelligence gaps and recommend new or enhanced collection strategies to improve target visibility and close collection deficiencies.

* Apply multiple analytical disciplines, including pattern analysis, network analysis, and behavioral analysis, to characterize target communications and activities.

* Maintain targeting, tasking, and analytical databases to ensure accurate and timely intelligence reporting.

* Research and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources to produce actionable assessments and mission recommendations.

* Apply knowledge of Intelligence Community priorities, mission requirements, and target behaviors to support operational decision-making.

* Develop technical reports, target assessments, and intelligence briefings for operational and leadership audiences.

* Mentor junior analysts on TDNA methodologies, analytical tradecraft, tools, and best practices.

* Collaborate with analysts, operators, and Intelligence Community partners to support mission objectives and intelligence integration. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Active TS/SCI With Polygraph through this Customer

* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, Associates and 10+ years of relevant experience

* Experience conducting Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) or target development activities.

* Experience analyzing communications, digital networks, metadata, and open-source information to support intelligence operations.

* Experience developing target profiles, target continuity assessments, and intelligence products.

* Experience maintaining targeting, tasking, or analytical databases.

* Strong understanding of digital communications, network technologies, and intelligence collection methodologies.

* Demonstrated ability to identify intelligence gaps and develop recommendations to improve collection strategies.

* Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and technical writing skills. Desired

Qualifications:

* Experience supporting Intelligence Community SIGINT missions.

* Experience using Intelligence Community targeting and analytical tools.

* Knowledge of communications technologies, digital network infrastructures, and emerging cyber trends.

* Experience collaborating with multi-agency intelligence teams.

* Experience mentoring analysts and leading analytical efforts.

* Familiarity with DNI-enabled TDNA processes and mission workflows. Salary Range USD $ - USD $ /Yr.
