Azure / Kubernetes Engineer

Integral Federal is seeking an Azure / Kubernetes Engineer to engineer, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and optimize classified cloud and container environments supporting JPES/JCRM. Responsibilities include operating Azure cloud environments, administering Kubernetes clusters, managing containers, deployments, networking, ingress, storage, and secrets, supporting platform scaling and resilience, troubleshooting application/platform issues, implementing infrastructure automation, supporting monitoring and observability, coordinating vulnerability remediation and platform hardening, and supporting upgrades, patches, and environment changes.

Qualifications required include a Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable. Required experience includes 5+ years cloud/platform engineering experience, strong Microsoft Azure experience, strong Kubernetes experience, container technologies, cloud/network troubleshooting, automation/IaC experience, U.S. citizenship, and required Secret eligibility.

Preferred qualifications include Azure Government Secret/IL6, Terraform/Ansible, Kubernetes security/STIGs, and classified cloud environment experience. Salary range: $145,000-$175,000. This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
