Xelas Systems Engineering, LLC is looking for a Top Secret cleared Systems Administrator with the following skills at our Ft. Meade location:
Clearance:
Top Secret SCI with Lifestyle poly
Job Functions
- Provide Tier-II support to customers
- Manage IT Installations, provide support of internal IT systems in a Windows based environment
- Perform Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning of IT Systems
- Provide detailed analysis of trouble tickets and document customer solutions
- Deploy, configure and maintain Virtual Desktop environment
- Assist DBAs with installation and management of customer Databases
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, mathematics, or engineering discipline.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
- Six (6) years of demonstrated Windows Systems Administration Experience
- Strong installation, hardware and performance tuning skills
- Strong backup and Recovery
- 2-3 experience working in a Virtual Desktop Environment
- Familiarity with Citrix Xen Desktop or similar tools
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure and others
