Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support our client in the Ft. Meade, MD area.
What you’ll do:- Support logistics and inventory management process improvements
- Lead requirements gathering and produce clear, accurate business documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Deliver concise written and verbal communication to stakeholders
- Build and refine client business processes with focus on scalability and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field OR 4 years of equivalent experience supporting complex operational, logistics, or event driven environments
- 2 years of professional consulting or client facing experience working with government stakeholders, vendors, and/or cross functional internal teams
- Experience improving and documenting business processes, creating or maintaining SOPs, and/or contributing to repeatable, scalable operational workflows
- Demonstrated ability to support planning, coordination, and execution across multi day events (e.g.: venue coordination, attendee management, registration workflows, space planning, logistics, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and ensure alignment of information
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects or events simultaneously
- Background in logistics or inventory operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic environments
- Experience with Gov Zoom, JIRA, and/or Confluence
- Comfortable collaborating with Agile‑oriented teams
Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance; must be willing to sit for a polygraph if necessary
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
