Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Dev Ops) to support a large federal intelligence and security program with GDIT. This role combines hands-on engineering, workflow automation, dashboard development, and compliance-focused system support within a highly secure environment. The ideal candidate brings strong Cognos BAI expertise, Microsoft Power Platform experience, and a background supporting mission-critical DoD systems while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.
The pay rate for this role ranged from $60-80/hr

- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Polygraph
- Strong Cognos BAI experience (primary skill set)
- Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365/A365 experience
- eMASS, RMF, and STIG compliance knowledge
- Experience supporting enterprise-level, mission-critical environments
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)
- Experience with:
- .NET
- SQL
- Java Script
- Python
- HTML
- Software design, integration, development, and testing experience Microsoft or Azure certifications
- Microsoft or Azure certifications
- SharePoint administration and workflow development
- Experience supporting automation and modernization initiatives
