About the RoleYou will support a software integration services team by managing engineering documentation, driving Agile processes, and ensuring systems meet security and compliance standards. This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering and program coordination, keeping development workflows organized and compliant. You'll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to maintain clarity across the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Implement and manage Agile workflows in Jira using Boards, Dashboards, and Plans
- Create and maintain technical engineering documentation including design documents, dataflow diagrams, and requirements
- Track issues and manage project documentation across Jira, Confluence, and Git Lab
- Support requirements management and prioritization throughout the development lifecycle
- Coordinate security and compliance certification activities and produce required artifacts
- Develop and maintain system and dataflow diagrams to support integration efforts
- Manage test procedures and ensure documentation remains current with system changes
- Jira, Confluence, and Git Lab
- Agile process implementation using Jira Boards, Dashboards, and Plans
- Technical documentation management (design docs, system/dataflow diagrams, requirements, test procedures)
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and systems engineering processes
- Requirements management and prioritization
- Security and compliance certification processes and artifacts
- Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools
- Systems monitoring and sustainment processes
- AWS cloud services
- 508 accessibility compliance
- Language analysis or linguist mission domain experience
