Cloud Technology Expert

About the Role You will serve as a senior cloud computing expert supporting hybrid cloud initiatives across commercial and government environments. In this role, you will provide authoritative guidance on cloud architecture, strategy, and adoption to help the organization achieve its cloud computing objectives.

• Provide expert-level recommendations on cloud computing technologies, services, and hybrid cloud strategies
• Evaluate and advise on cloud adoption approaches across commercial and government cloud environments
• Support hybrid cloud integration efforts, including architecture design and technology selection
• Translate emerging cloud research and industry trends into actionable guidance for stakeholders
• Assess current IT environments and identify opportunities for cloud migration and optimization
• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to align cloud strategies with organizational goals

• Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or government equivalents)
• Hands-on experience designing and operating hybrid cloud environments
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and governance frameworks
• Experience advising on cloud strategy in government or enterprise settings

• Familiarity with FedRAMP and government cloud compliance requirements
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and Fin Ops practices
• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
