- BA/BS and 10+ years of related experience or 14 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- UC Networking Expertise: 3+ years in real‑time communications (VoIP/Video)
- Deep SIP/SDP/RTP/SRTP/TLS/WebRTC expertise
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco VCS Control / Expressway (C & E series)
- SIP/H.323 interworking and traversal zone configuration
- Experience with Prexip, Poly, or Cisco hardware video endpoints
- Strong grasp of information technology principles
- Extensive support knowledge in DNS, certificates/PKI, TLS, signaling/media, AD, Power Shell, APIs/REST
- Proven troubleshooting across signaling/media layers
Demonstrates extensive expertise in UC Networking, particularly in real‑time communications, and possesses strong technical direction capabilities for engineering teams. Proven ability to ensure compliance with DoD directives while managing system documentation and performance checks.
