Training Analyst; TS​/SCI

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Training Analyst to support DoD Cyber Defense Command Center at Ft. Meade, MD
. The team is seeking a strategic analyst to provide cyber training analysis and curriculum development in accordance with Joint Cyber Training objectives to maintain readiness standards for USCYBERCOM and DCDC. Details below:

Responsibilities of the Training Analyst:

• Conduct cyber training analysis and workforce development planning to support DCDC and DoD readiness objectives.
• Plan, manage, and execute cyber training programs, including annual curriculum and training material updates.
• Improve training effectiveness through process standardization, capability assessments, and adaptation to evolving threats.
• Maintain training databases and records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting training, exercises, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with cyberspace operations stakeholders to develop and sustain mission-essential task proficiency.
• Analyze training requirements and support exercise planning, execution, and after-action reviews.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training for DoD Cyber Operations Forces from foundational to advanced levels.
• Create training materials and support workforce compliance with DoD 8140 and DoDM 8570 requirements.
• Review System Security Plans (SSPs) and recommend updates supporting Certification and Accreditation (C&A) efforts.
• Track Information Assurance training metrics and compliance reporting in accordance with DoD and FISMA requirements.
• Manage Workforce Improvement Program tools, certification tracking, and workforce readiness reporting.

Qualifications of the Training Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4-8 years of applicable experience
• Active TS/SCI and eligible for CI Polygraph
• IAT Level II (Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, GICSP)
• Working knowledge of all four phases of the Joint Training System:
  Requirements, Plans, Execution, and assessments
• Familiarity with three programs of record for the Joint Training System (DRRS, JTIMS and JLLIS)
• Familiar with the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) for joint training exercise planning
• Experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer leadership

Compensation of the Training Analyst:

• Total compensation based on experience level - $130,000-$160,000+
